Designed to be mobile-friendly for on-the-go use, AOE Rewards is the platform we'll be using to increase safe behavior in the workplace. We believe the safety of our employees is worth investing in. Our goal is to reinforce safe behavior, start conversations between teams, and reward people with prizes they actually want, with items from the hottest brands and the latest tech.

With AOE Reward's leaderboards, you can see how your team measures up to others in the company and track your individual team members' participation. These features make it easier to see who needs extra help and how your team is performing (and, encourage a little healthy competition.)
